作者简介：邵伟东，出生于1963年，1984年毕业于兰州大学数学力学系计算数学专业，获理学学士学位。1985年根据TW2法与河北省体育科研所共同制定了河北省的TW2骨龄评价标准，1987-1990年，改进了TW2的数学模型，并应用于国家体育总局“中国人手腕骨发育研究”课题，制定了“中国人手腕骨发育标准”（简称CHN法）。reduced

abstract: TW method of evaluating  the skeletal growth is prevalent in the world. Through an analysis of it , I discovered  (1) the scores of skeletal growth were reduced when both emergence and end of bone age are later. (2) the scores raise when both emergence and end of bone age are prior. furthermore through anatomizing the mathematical method used for computing score, This paper provide some views: (1) the notion that TW method are the same with various of races and nations is not enough, because the both of sample and result evaluating the degree of the bone growth are different.(2) the techniquel is not properly used to describe the complete process of bone growth because the partition of ossification stages were not depended on normal distribution of bone age .(3) it cause the conflict between stability and complementarity of scores ,although proper match of coefficient can improve it locally .so solving the rigor of computing scores require a new mathematical model.

摘要：

TW系列记分法是目前世界上最流行的骨发育（骨龄）评价方法，笔者通过对TW系列骨发育评价方法的记分系统的分析发现1、记分系统存在骨化中心出现年龄较晚的和结束年龄较晚的发育分期其骨骼发育成熟度得分被压低；2、出现较早和结束较早的发育分期成熟度得分被拉抬的情况。进一步对形成记分系统的数学方法进行仔细分析，形成如下看法：1、Tanner教授宣称的TW计分系统可以适用于世界各地、各民族的观点不完全正确，各骨发育的成熟度得分因样本不同结果也不同，甚至可以有很大差异；2、样本中各个参照骨的各个骨发育分期不是依年龄的正态分布，将“分类特征均差平方和极小化”这一数学模型应用于求解记分系统中各个参照骨的成熟度得分有些勉强，其记分系统无法准确、真实的描述骨骼发育的全过程，3、骨发育分期在各年龄组样本中的不均衡分布，以及连续的成熟度记分规则，造成了记分系统中稳定性和互补性的矛盾，虽然通过合理的权重分配可以提高记分系统的稳定性和兼顾互补性，但仍无法从根本上解决稳定性和互补性这对矛盾。因此应该寻找新的数学方法解决精确计算骨龄的问题。
